If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item back for a refund, less S&H. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Authorization must be received from GILCO before any returns are accepted. For return authorization call 281-469-3549. The RMA (Return Authorization Number) must be on the outside of the package.

If your item is damaged in shipment, and you have purchased the optional insurance, buyer MUST PROVIDE a digital photo of the damaged item, including the packaging. Additionally, the packaging materials must be saved until the claim has been resolved.

We accept: Paypal, Visa, MC, AmExp, Cashiers Check, Money Order and Personal Check.

Merchandise is generally shipped via USPS within 7-10 days of receipt of payment.

All orders will incur a $1.50 handling and packaging fee for the first item and additional $0.25 for each additional item.

Insurance of $1.50 should also be included if desired.

All Texas Residents will be charged 8-1/4% State Sales Tax on the purchase price plus S&H, as required by state law.
